6/12/02: Internet Exploere has become corrupted and connot open. It appears as a folder on the hard drive instead of an application. The customer cannot resinstall by downlaoding because the software is not available online (not on the Microsfot and not on versiontracker.com. Versiontracker.com says “Ues software update” . Customer cannot reinstall from origional OSX Software install disk because the origional disk is 10.0 and he has since upgraded his software to 10.1.3
update 6/26/02 – IE 5.2.0 for OS X seems to be availalbe for full download now. I suppose th e inavailablilty was temporary.
